Delete your account
You can delete your Kerah account from inside the app at any time. Here is exactly what happens, and what it means for the rest of your household.
How to delete your account
- Open Kerah and go to Profile.
- Tap Settings, then Delete Account.
- Confirm. You will be asked to type a confirmation word, because this cannot be undone.
Your account is deactivated and your access is removed right away, and your personal data is removed in line with our privacy policy.
This also deactivates your entire household: every other member loses access, and your shared plans, lists, and data are archived. This cannot be undone.
